Indians in Scotland provides taxi, tour, and travel advisory services in Edinburgh and across Scotland. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

2. Bookings & Payment

• Bookings can be made via WhatsApp (+44 7555 574456), email (hello@indiansinscotland.com), or our contact form.
• Exact pricing is confirmed before the service is provided. No hidden charges.
• Payment is typically made in cash (GBP) at the end of service unless otherwise agreed.
• For tours and day hires, a deposit may be requested to secure the booking.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service: full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: deposit may be retained at our discretion.
• No-shows: full charge may apply for the booked service.
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Full refund of deposits will be provided.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety and comfort, Indians in Scotland is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during transit.
• Injuries sustained during tours or walks, unless caused by our negligence.
• Third-party services (restaurants, attractions, accommodation) recommended by us.
