Which languages do you speak?
Hindi, Punjabi, Haryanvi, and English - whatever you're most comfortable with.
Which areas do you cover?
Edinburgh and selected mainland day trips, plus multi-day Highlands and Skye itineraries. No one-day Highlands tours. Suggested multi-day itineraries require driver confirmation.
What kind of vehicle do you use?
A clean, well-maintained, comfortable car that seats up to 6 - suitable for city driving and long-distance trips. Tell us child ages and seating needs before booking; child-seat provision is not confirmed.
Is this a registered business?
Yes - fully licensed and insured for taxi and private hire services in Edinburgh.
Booking & Payment
How do I get a quote?
Select a route in the Scotland trip planner, customise the available stops and send your completed itinerary to request a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least two weeks ahead. Tours require 14 days’ notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cash or card. Tours require a 15% deposit and the balance before departure.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Tour cancellations within 48 hours of departure lose the 15% deposit. Date changes depend on availability. Ask for the complete cancellation and refund terms before paying.
Tours & Trips
Are tours suitable for elderly parents?
Absolutely. We adjust the pace, add more rest stops, and keep walks manageable. Many of our travellers bring their parents.
Can you help with food during tours?
Food suggestions are available in Edinburgh only. Bring your own suitable food for tours outside Edinburgh.
What if the weather is bad?
Long routes do not operate when snow or ice makes driving unsafe. Routes may change or be cancelled; the applicable full or partial refund is confirmed according to the situation and services delivered.
Do you do multi-day tours?
Yes. Choose a multi-day route in the itinerary planner. It shows overnight towns; you book your own hotels, meals and attraction tickets separately.
How many people can travel together?
Up to four people with one suitcase and one small handbag each, or up to six people with small handbags only. Folding wheelchairs can be accommodated; share dimensions and assistance needs.
Are attraction/entry tickets included in the tour price?
No - the tour price covers private transport, driving and guidance. Entry tickets (e.g. castles, boat crossings) are booked and paid separately, and we'll tell you the exact cost upfront.

I'm a new student - can you help with settling in?
Definitely! SIM cards, bank accounts, grocery shopping, campus orientation - we've helped many Indian students get started.
Do you provide child seats?
Please provide child ages and seating requirements before booking. Child-seat supply has not been confirmed; discuss the arrangements with the driver.
Can you help find Indian groceries?
Yes - we'll point you to the best Indian and South Asian grocery stores in Edinburgh and even take you there.
